Passed away on 23rd January 2025, at Leicester Royal Infirmary, aged 93 years.

Malcolm's funeral service will take place at 11:00am on Friday 14th February 2025 at South Leicestershire Crematorium, Countesthorpe.

Malcolm thank you for initiating the idea to do a buy out from Midland Dynamo, and for us to then
create Modern Drives and Controls Ltd what a interesting Journey . We had a great friendship for
over 50 years we have had lots of great times and laughs i will miss those times but cherish the
memories
